What is aeration? Simply put, aeration is the procecss of removing small plugs of thatch and soil from the lawn to improve soil structure and reduce compaction.

What are the benefits of aeration? An aerated lawn absorbs more water and nutrients. Helps reduce water runoff and puddling. This reduces WASTED WATER that you are paying for.

Aeration helps the lawn’s health and vigor, and reduces maintenance requirements and costs.

Reduces compaction of soil which allows grass to produce a stronger, healthier root system and allows fertilizer to get down to the root system more readily.

Enhances heat and drought tolerance and requires less water to maintain great color.

When should lawns be aerated? Aerations should be done twice per year.
